I've taken the liberty of creating this pdf from 3 separate djvu files that i've managed to get my hands on.
What i've done is convert each individual djvu to pdf, all 3 single volumes into a single pdf and performed OCR (trust me, you want to be able to search the content of a file that has 2272 pages...)
