1. optimized the Serial detection
2. optimized the USB detection
3. Add the MTKResource English platform
4. Update the MTK platform(V4.5G Modify the V4.5f Dbug
V4.5f improvement the reading 6235/6253 boot code method
V4.5e Remove V4.5 d BUG, modify MTK6253 decryption method
V4.5d The increase of the new decryption method (such as BBK k118)
V4.5C In Write options increases to replace the string "* # 3366* #" to solve the blank screen problem
V4.5A Increase the boot 6,surport more type flash)

1. Add SC6600 CPU flash support type
2. Update SPD and Mstar CPU code searched algorithm,add Mstar CPU bootstrap function
4. Update MTK platform: Modify the way of reading the phone boot code,add direct processing function of mobile manufactured illegally. Use with good back-up procedures can solve mobile problem.
